At The Qualified Captain™, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
